Each piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipping. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers located in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing any reason, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@sorrentijewelry.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returns – General Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • Items must be returned with original packaging and proof of purchase

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-designed jewelry

  • Items that show signs of wear or use

  • Items returned without original packaging

This applies in line with both EU regulations and Indonesian consumer protection principles.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Clear photos and videos of the item

Once verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • A full or partial refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
